This was the first play after the failed QB sneak



I would say unbelievable, but this has been the norm from these refs for years. Not only did he not get the first down, but he was a full yard short of the spot. Sure would've been nice to have that down back before the TD pass on 3rd and 14.

as was the head coach. its almost a miracle the eagles have won so many games with him calling the shots

Spots don't matter on first down!

It's kind of like how the strike zone magically grows on a 3-0 count.
