Well, there's not much at all to say about Cliff lee's debut as far as the manager goes. I'm glad Manuel left Lee in for the ninth inning (I was a bit worried when I saw the bullpen active in the 8th inning).
It's pretty clear after Lee's performance that he will be a huge asset to this rotation, especially since Cole Hamels is not having a year expected from your team's ace.
Good job by Lee in order to even up the series. It's too bad he couldn't nudge Lopez out of the way one day earlier, but it's tough to complain after acquiring the 2008 AL Cy Young winner.
Well done, Mr. Lee.
