Charlie Manuel frequently makes poor strategic decisions. The 11-million dollar scoreboard in left field would probably do a similar job. We guarantee a post analyzing Manuel's decisions for every Phillies game. Please click on our aliases below to email us.

Around the Horn

Ryan Howard homered again today. Not a huge sample size, but obviously a good sign.

Probably my favorite topic: Utley slid today. "Could" make a grapefruit appearance next week. They play everyday next week. Even if he plays next Saturday (21st) that still gives him 2 weeks until the regular season. Barring setbacks, I still suspect he should play on Opening Day.

Feliz played today. He said he feels good. Good to have that SOLID glove at 3rd base.

Len Elmore was relieved of his services by Jay Bilas.

76ers won the last NBA game to be played in the Spectrum. Musser was in attendance. I think he'll have something to say about the occassion, so I'll let him have his.
